Planning Ahead For Transition to Secondary School

The Communication and Autism Team would like to invite you to a session to consider planning ahead for your child’s secondary transfer. There will be an opportunity to ask questions to the C/AT representatives about supporting your child/young person during the current situation and the focus of the meeting will be to give you information about the application process and types of provision available

Please only book a place on this course if you are from a Birmingham based setting.
